Jeffers Cooks Ribs

Baked pork ribs with a sweet-and-spicy sauce. Rubbed, brined, and cooked on low for 3.5 hours.

RUB:

  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

BRINE:

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
